Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Dreamwarez provides digital services including web design, development, branding, and software solutions. Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are evaluated carefully.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet started.
  • Payment was made multiple times accidentally.
  • Dreamwarez is unable to provide the agreed service.
  • The service purchased cannot legally or technically continue.

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction as per Razorpay guidelines.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed or partially completed work
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by client communication or approval delays
  • Domain registration charges
  • Hosting charges
  • Third-party software or plugin purchases
  • Custom development services already delivered
  • Digital consultation or strategy sessions

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, Dreamwarez may provide partial refunds after deducting:

  • Work completed till the refund request date
  • Administrative charges
  • Third-party expenses already incurred

6. Chargebacks

Customers are requested to contact us before raising disputes or chargebacks.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Permanent account restriction
  • Legal action if necessary

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment source used during payment processing, as supported by Razorpay’s refund mechanism.

8. Cancellation Due to Policy Violations

Dreamwarez reserves the right to deny refunds if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Abusive behavior occurs
  • Misuse of services is identified
